Personal data processing information

Dear customers,
We would like to inform you about how we treat your personal information you have given us in connection with the ordering and purchase of goods through the internet shop http://www.smartvelocity.info/shop.
By this document, we fulfil our obligation to provide information within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").

A. Who is the administrator of your personal information and how you can contact them

The administrator of the personal data you provide is the seller, that is AGE COM, as, with its registered office at Václavské náměstí 808/66, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, ID: 271 25 556, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, insert 9164 hereafter referred to as "the administrator").

The administrator is not obliged to appoint a Data Protection Officer pursuant to Article 37 et seq. ordinance.

B. Which categories of personal data we process

We process the following personal data about buyers as data subjects:
a) name and surname,
b) university degree achieved (if stated by the buyer when ordering),
c) address,
d) e-mail,
e) telephone number,
f) identification number (if the buyer is a natural person running a business and if he / she states it when ordering),
g) tax identification number (if the buyer is a natural person running a business and if he / she states it when ordering), and
h) username and password (if the buyer registers on the website).
The Administrator states that only the personal data listed under a), c), d), e) above are necessary for the successful completion of the order.

C. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data

We process personal data in order to fulfil the purpose of the agreement you enter into with us so that we can provide you with the agreed goods. This is the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation.
We further process your personal data for the legitimate interests of our company pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation. We define legitimate interests as protection of the rights of the seller arising out of the concluded contract if it is violated by you or if you claim any claim against us in relation to the contract. We process your personal data for the purpose of its use in the event of any legal or enforceable enforcement of our claims and rights in the event of your breach of contract and for the purposes of legal defence if you claim any claim against us in connection with the contract.
Personal information is not processed for marketing purposes (such as newsletters distribution) of the vendor.

D. Time of processing of personal data

Personal data is processed for a period of ten (10) years, that is, for the period of warranty provided for welding of the SV frame, or for the time necessary to protect our rights in the event of breach of contract, but always for at least the time the limitation period for any claims, whether you or our company, resulting from a contract or in connection with a contract. The length of the limitation period is set out in the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.). After that time, personal data will be destroyed.

E. Recipient of personal data

The recipient of the personal data is primarily the administrator.

F. Buyer's rights in relation to the processing of personal data

Buyer as a data subject has the right to:
a) access to their personal data to the extent specified in Article 15 of the Regulation;
b) correct or supplement the provided personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation;
c) request the deletion of their personal data under the conditions stated in Article 17 of the Regulation;
d) require a restriction on the processing of their personal data under the conditions stated in Article 18 of the Regulation;
e) the transferability of their personal data to another administrator under Article 20 of the Regulation;
f) object to the processing of personal data under Article 21 of the Regulation; and
g) file a complaint against the vendor as a personal data administrator in accordance with Article 77 of the Regulation with a supervisory body such as the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
If you decide to use any of the above rights, we are required to identify you, i.e. to verify whether the person who requests the execution of the rights is the person whose personal data is being processed.
